Hugh was a semi-finalist at the 2024 International Bach Competition in Leipzig and was a finalist and Special Prize winner at the 2025 Royal Overseas League Strings Competition. \nJunyan Chen – Junyan won Second Prize at the Leeds International Piano Competition 2024\, also winning the chamber music prize and Alexandra Dariescu award for a work by a woman composer.
