Netherby Hall Apartments - Our Booking Policy


Cancellation Policy

For direct bookings with Netherby Hall, you may cancel or amend your reservation in writing without charge up to 10 days before arrival. If cancellation occurs 10 or more days before arrival, we will refund any deposit/payment within 5 business days of notification. Contact should be made by the lead guest who made the original booking.

If cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to retain any deposit/payment made. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival, you may be liable for a 50% payment if we are unable to re-let the accommodation. We will always attempt to reschedule your stay rather than cancel altogether.

If you fail to arrive at the designated apartment for your holiday dates, no refund will be given.

For bookings made via an associated travel agent, please check their terms and conditions regarding cancellations.


Dogs

Dogs are welcome at Netherby Hall. Please note that you are responsible for your dogs behaviour.


Fire Alarm Testing

The safety of our guests and staff is paramount. We will test our fire alarms every Thursday at 12 PM.


Damages

Guests are liable for any damages to the properties or grounds at Netherby Hall, including damages caused by dogs.
