Netherby Hall Apartments - Our Policy

You may cancel or amend your reservation in writing for an apartment at Netherby Hall without charge up to 10 days prior to arrival. If cancellation of the booking is made 10 or more days prior arrival, we will endeavour to refund any deposit/ payment within 5 business days of being notified. We ask that, if possible, contact is made by the lead guest who made the original booking.

In the event of a cancellation in writing less than 10 days prior to your arrival date, we reserve the right to retain any deposit/payment made. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the arrival time you may remain liable to make a 50% payment if we are unable to re-let the accommodation. We will always endeavour to reschedule your stay with us for a later date rather than cancelling all together.

If you fail to arrive at the designated apartment for your holiday dates no refund will be given.

We would recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover cancellation costs and your stay at our apartments.
