Netherby Hall Ltd will use the information we collect or receive, such as your email address, to communicate directly with you. We may send you emails containing newsletters, promotions and event information.  

For us to comply with the new privacy laws which came into effect on 25th May 2018, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) we invite you to confirm whether you want us to hold your contact details on our database or if you would like them removed. We will treat your information with respect and never share to third parties.  

Please contact us via the contact form if you wish to ‘Opt In’ and that you agree that we may process your information in accordance with these terms.

Data Protection Officer

A defined role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) is required under the GDPR if an organisation is a public authority, if it performs large scale monitoring or if it processes particularly sensitive types of data on a large scale. The DPO is required to have an appropriate level of knowledge and can either be an in-house resource or outsourced to an appropriate service provider.

Based on these criteria, Netherby Hall does not require a Data Protection Officer but a Data Co-ordinator has been appointed.
